Tuesday 3rd	Vocation day visits. Supper parties at hosts homes
Wednesday 4th	No lunchtime meeting. Rally on Friday 6th May substitutes
Thursday 5th	Vocation day visits. Supper with hosts.
Friday 6th	Leisure activities for team. Rally at Henley Village Hall 7.30 pm. Sausages and Mash Supper. Everyone welcome to see the Teams Presentation
Saturday 7th	Team departs. District Assembly
Monday 9th	Annual Golf Charity event, at Ipswich Golf Club, Purdis Heath, from 1:00pm.
Tuesday 10th	5.45pm. Club Council meeting
Wednesday 11th	12.55 pm. Lunch, Bistro On The Quay + Speaker: TBA
Friday 13th	to Sunday 15th. Hanau-Maintal Visit To Ipswich Hanau-Maintal Visit To Ipswich. Afternoon. Arrival.
Saturday 14th	Morning/Afternoon. Visit to Bury St Edmunds. Evening. Dinner at Purdis Heath Golf Club.
Sunday 15th	Morning. Visit to Flatford Mill. Afternoon. Departure.
Wednesday 18th	No lunchtime meeting. 7.00pm for 7.30pm, Ipswich. & Suffolk Club. Club Assembly.
Wednesday 25th	12.55 pm. Business Meeting, Bistro On The Quay
